Excellent location with spacious accommodation with all amenities available. Would definitely go back if going to visit Venice again.

Die Größe und Geräumigkeit des Appartements, die Lage, die Ruhe, die Klimaanlage und die 3 (!) Badezimmer. 2mal fiel der FI aufgrund Überlastung. Nachdem wir den Sicherungskasten - im Gang zum Appartement - gefunden haben, war auch dieses Problem gelöst. Die Eingangstür und der Gang zum Appartement ist beim ersten Mal etwas abenteuerlich!

− dass das Wochenende so heiß war und wir nur 2 Nächte geblieben sind :-)

Location was great. Host was accomodating and repaired the plumbing problem right away. Very doacious. Giant 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

− Not very clean and not updated. (Stained furniture, cracked tiles, mis matched dishes, all bathrooms and kitchen could be remodel).

− Cleanliness, the property is very dated.

Great place, great apartment, but support system could be a little better.

The location was great. The amenities provided in the apartment was also very good. This was quite a good place for 3 families.

− 1. The entry way could have been cleaner 2. The provided was wrong, had to wait for 1 hr. to call somebody who came and helped us with that. 3. All the recycle bins were broken, 4. Bathrooms never had keys, making it difficult to use when multiple families are staying together.

La ubicación, en todo el centro de Venecia!!

− Hubo un cambio de apartamento antes de la llegada por temas internos de ellos, el lugar que nos asignaron , no era tan bonito como el que habíamos alquilado, la entrada tenía unas escaleras en muy malas condiciones, la limpieza de los baños deficiente, los colchones eran una espuma muy delgada e incómoda, un lavamanos estaba tapado, en términos generales no era como lo esperábamos.
