− The apartment had nothing to do with the pictures shown on Booking. We chose this apartment because we wanted to stay in a cosy and elegant place, but it turned out to be very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was not working, one of the beds was in the kitchen, the floor was damaged and had exposed nails which was dangerous — we ended up hurting our feet. We tried to contact the host to fix the air conditioning but received no reply. For the amount of money we paid and given the pictures advertised, this is really not acceptable.

− Los pisos tienen daños. Pedazos de láminas levantados, era peligroso porque podrias incrustarte un pedazo en los pies. El aire acondicionado no funcionó bien nunca. El primer día sonó duro y goteó mucho toda la noche. Avisamos. Pasamos la segunda noche con el aire dañado (no funcionó), fueron a revisarlo e igual no funcionó. Pasamos la tercera noche sin aire. Fue lo peor de todo.
