10.0Convenient to walk the Coconut Grove area, marina, shopping , good restaurants. Beautiful pool and view of the ocean!! Also the gym facilities were good. Room was nice, appreciated the robes and keyless access.

8.0Nice location. Room was relatively clean. BUT. BUT. BUT. The door needs immediate attention. No sound proofing at all. You can hear every conversation your neighbor across the hall is having. Very very disturbing at 6AM or at 12 midnight. Could not enjoy a complete night of sleep without being startled by noise. Even the noise down the hallway comes rushing in. Fix it for your future guests. They will appreciate it.
