Incredible hospitality
10.0Incredible hospitality from Georgina, Julia and Katie. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of. We were treated to a delicious 3 course breakfast and evening cheese board. We loved the garden with the hammock chairs.
We had the most amazing stay , the hospitality was second to none. Incredible

10.0Highly Recommended Wow This was a truly perfect stay in Chelsea The location is fantastic peaceful and quiet, yet just a short distance from all the main attractions and the heart of London We were given a beautiful charming room, and Georgia was an exceptional host She took care of every detail made us feel genuinely welcome and her recommendations turned out to be the best ones we received during our trip The breakfast was delicious and fresh, We also loved the beautiful garden that Georgia has made a wonderful place to relax after a day in the city The value for money is outstanding We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to London. 🙏 Georgia, for making our stay so great

7.0Bedroom and bathroom spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds, very good shower. Small private courtyard, use of beautiful back garden. 10-15 minutes to nearest public transport. Very safe area. Great breakfast made by Janice, the lovely housekeeper. The owner offered free drinks daily, as well as sandwiches and a lift. Although we did not take up these offers, they were very much appreciated. We were allowed to move into our room an hour early on arrival. For more information to help you plan your trip and manage your expectations, see below.
− - The accomodation has a two-hour slot for check-in and is among the few not to send out automatic requests to indicate arrival time. However, there is an unstated expectation that you will still let them know when to expect you and you will have a smoother start to your stay if you meet it. - Check-out was 10 am, not 11-12 as stated on this site. - Earliest breakfast time on Sundays and Bank Holidays is 9 am. - This is not a guesthouse in the conventional sense, but more of an Air B&B situation. Our room doubled as the family's spare room and housed a plethora of personal possessions. Breakfast is served in the family kitchen. The owner's hosting style is very involved - schedule and privacy we're considerations for us at times, as was a sense of having intruded on the family that we could never quite shake.
Very enjoyable stay during our visit to the Chelsea Flower Show.
10.0Great breakfast. Georgiana and her family were very welcoming and helpful. We felt very relaxed in their guesthouse. The location is great, just off the King's Road. Not far from the tube and the river.
