− Trotz Buchung und Bezahlung wurde kein Zimmer vergeben da angeblich nicht bezahlt wurde, da wir ein Tag später gekommen sind haben sie unseren Zimmer einem anderen vergeben. Bereits Kontakt mit booking

− Перед отъездом последние дни не производилась уборка комнаты. Не работал слив унитаза. Нет халатов.

9.0The owner was very polite and friendly. Nice location, spacious and clean apartment. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay because the roof was leaking but surely they fixed it in the meantime.

4.0Мы заселились с детьми, номер очень накуренный, запах сигаретного дыма впитан везде, в подушки, одеяло, матрас, даже в полотенцах. Если с тем что кровати старые и номер уставший мы еще можем закрыть глаза а вот на то что невозможно нормально дышать из-за сигаретного дыма, тут конечно беда. Также адрес в приложении не совпадает с фактической локацией, навигатор заведет вас на квартал ниже.
