9.0・スタッフの対応は非常に良い。対応の柔らかさ、言葉遣い、気持ちの良い挨拶など。 ・入り口近くにウェルカムバーがあり、スムージーやジュース、各種お酒と簡単なおつまみ（海苔巻き煎餅など）の提供を受けられる。 ・部屋に机と椅子がある ・銀座のど真ん中ではなく、少し落ち着いている
− ・朝食は1500円でお弁当が提供され、部屋で食べる。サラダは小さなバイキングある。少しボリューム少ない ・地下鉄入口が目の前にあるが、その入り口からは浅草線のみ利用可能。地下を通って日比谷線や丸の内線へのアクセスはない
