Excellent Reception and Concierge Team
10.0This is my second stay at this hotel. I was happy with the friendly reception staff who upgraded my room to a higher level for an amazing city view . In addition, I am very thankful to the Concierge team of May, Nut and Toey who helped me find a shop that that specializes in audiovisual services and that what I actually came for. Great hotel location and top service will make me come again and again.

10.0The room was always clean and well maintained throughout our stay. One day, we accidentally spilled some cola on the floor, and it splashed onto the bed sheets. Somjai (Pla) and Fontip came to our room straight away, cleaned everything thoroughly, and changed the bed sheets so quickly. Their prompt response and attention to detail were truly amazing. We also booked our room as a walk-in, and Mindy was incredibly helpful. She explained everything about the room clearly, answered all our questions, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Thank you to Mindy, Somjai (Pla), and Fontip for your outstanding service. You all made our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism! Ray, Toey, and May also went above and beyond by recommending a fantastic massage place and helping us book a taxi to the airport. Their recommendation was excellent, and arranging the taxi was incredibly helpful. If we hadn’t taken the taxi they booked for us, we would have been late for our flight. We really appreciated their kindness, thoughtfulness, and outstanding service.

Breakfast and the location was good.
4.0Location.
− Security deposit was being charged on the daily basis and not on a full stay basis. There was no three-pin combined switch board power facilities in the room we had to request for a 500 baht worth travel three pin universal plug adapter from the hotel during our stay. Also, laundry bags were not free of cost usually it’s free everywhere.

10.0Book with Mindy, she was excellent with great customer service and very very friendly and also provided tips. She was excellent in every way and made our stay very welcoming. The staff in general wear also excellent, very very good. Thank you so much We stay again in 2027 Daniel + Dessy :) Come to Melbourne one day
