Average hotel. Good if you are on a tight budge.
6.0The Average / Poor Rooms are not sound proof. People walking or conversing outside the room could be heard till 3 am. Pool water was dirty. Not sure if it is due to construction around the property or lack of maintenance. Restaurant prices have been bumped up 20 to 30 percent and discounts are provided using Zomato and Talabat which is not convenient for tourists. Reception staff didn’t seem very courteous and not cognizant of people around. Example offered us 2 cookies even though we were 3 including a 7 year old child. Pillows and bed are not very comfortable - too soft. The quality of guests the property attracts are substandard due to the low price. The Good Rooms are modern. Toiletries are branded - Crabtree and Evelyn Rooms are spacious Better than 4 star hotels in other countries

10.0Good hotel. Metro access close by but too hot to walk outside this summer. Useful for winter. Supermarket right opposite the entrance. Mosque in the building opposite. The hotel is nice, the housekeeping team who serviced my room and also did a nice towel art on the bed.
