10.0Well… First of all when we walked in to the hotel to check in we were greeted by Evans and Nelson. They by far hands-down were the best. Their attitude they're friendliness, their kindness, their generosity, etc. etc. etc. was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to stay in the financial district and be close to everything downtown.
− The only thing that I think that could be better are the elevators. They make a lot of noise when you were in them and it doesn't make you feel comfortable. It makes it feel as if you are going to get stuck at any moment. I wouldn't go in one of those elevators by myself.

− Reception staff was very inhospitable When we book breakfast and per pay it becomes there responsibility to issue coupons at the time of check in or inform the staff at here breakfast restaurant to know. It’s pathetic to be instructed to go down and bring your coupons Lifts are are 2 levels , no one to guide you Food was horrible Hospitality zero No water bottles provided Water bottles inside the room costed 6 dollars

8.0The Queen Room was really cozy, and the perfect size for a solo traveler! The room was clean, and the location was great! I would definitely book again, and recommend for a quick weekend stay!
