4.0Smells, the hotel doesn’t smell, but the room, stains on the sheets, I opened the window just to see a wall. Staff is nice .

8.0Cold water was not working in the shower. Shower floor was not properly cleaned. A lump of hair in the floor area of the shower has been there since we arrived. It is still there even in our last day of stay. I had to use slippers when showering to make sure I’m not directly stepping on the floor during shower as I am not sure whether it has been cleaned or not. Outside of that, the stay was good.

6.0The property is definitely one star. The lobby area is nice but that’s about it. The rooms need major upgrades as well. There were some bugs in our room as well and we had notified the front desk staff. They stated that it was probably our fault because we probably ate food in the room (which we didn’t). Either way, suitable enough to just have a space to lay your head down after a day of exploring

A damage deposit of THB 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
