Excellent stay! One that we would recommend to anyone
9.0We loved the location of the hotel, with it being so close to Vatican City and the view of San Pietro from the window was amazing. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and how you got to choose what you wanted and the time that it was delivered to your room. As this meant that we could wake up early and go sightseeing to return back to the room to have something to eat and chill after beating some of the queues. Or alternatively we could have a late night, sleep in and have breakfast when we were ready. The hotel location really is great with it being close to a metro station and being so close to Vatican city it felt like the square outside was always full of activity but was nowhere near as busy as some of the other places given the proximity to a major landmark. By being in the Vatican city side of the river it meant that it was a slight walk to most other sights (which we like) or that you could just as easily use the metro and get around very affordably. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and if there was anything they could do they helped straight away.

3.0Communicatie via de app vooraf ging prima. De locatie in het centrum is goed.
− Ik had deze accommodatie geboekt vanwege de goede recensies. De foto's matchen echter niet met de werkelijkheid. De kamers waren veel kleiner. De badkamer was ook heel erg klein. Geen enkele ruimte om even lekker bij te komen na een dag in een warme stad. Op het bed lag een niet zo fris deken. Meteen eraf gehaald maar er zat geen laken onder. Dus dan zit je op je dekbed (zonder hoes). De kamer stonk ontzettend, een muffe vieze lucht. We hebben het 1 nacht volgehouden maar daarna zijn we vertrokken naar een ander hotel, ook al hebben we voor 3 nachten betaald. We voelden ons hier absoluut niet prettig. Heel blij dat we gegaan zijn. We hebben daardoor nog twee fijne dagen en nachten gehad in Rome.
Séjour agréable
9.0L’hôtel est bien situé. Il est très proche du Vatican. Le personnel est vraiment gentil. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans la chambre. C’est bon et copieux. La chambre est vraiment très propre. Elle est climatisée, ce qui est appréciable lors des très chaudes journées d’été.
− Un peu bruyant la nuit, mais c’est le fait d’être en ville et non un problème lié à l’hôtel.

− Shower head was tricky but eventually figured it out. Shower door could use some attention. It was a little noisy because of location but not a problem for us.
