4.0The location was excellent.
− The place has an appearance of being nice but once you stay there you realize it’s far from it. We got there and wanted to take a shower. The knob on the shower fell off and we had no hot water. When we called the staff they denied anything being wrong. They came to check and said ok they see the problem and would call a tech. So we waited a few hours for staff to come. The place was a three bedroom but they had 2 drinking glasses and 2 bowls. Plenty of mugs and dishes. The frying pan smelled of oil. I had to scrub the crust and oil off to use it and same goes for the spatula. They didn’t have soap in two of the three soap dispensers. They had zero paper towels for the kitchen. The internet didn’t work of course when I told them about it they denied it only to confirm it once they came and saw for themselves. The balcony door was coming off the hinge. Even though they claimed they fixed the hot water heater we ended up taking at least two cold showers. I honestly felt like I was suckered. The only deluxe about this place is the location. . We paint our houses top dollar and definitely didn’t get top dollar value. It’s tough because they were nice but everytime I would point to something they would deny it only to confirm the issue.
