Staying at the Palazzo della Nave was the highlight of our trip to Florence (the art from Michelangelo, Raphael and Bott
10.0The best option to stay in Florence with the best views of the duomo from the shared terrace, if you stay in the upper suites, or the courtyard if you stay in the apartments. The rooms are quaint and preserve the beauty of the renaissance palace, yet they have modern furniture and bathrooms. We really appreciated the air conditioning when arriving from a very hot walk. The shared spaces are beautiful and functional with the shared terrace and living room to spread out from the suite, the kitchen has a fridge, nespresso with capsules and sugar, a microwave and an oven. But the best is the concierge service from Francesco! He found us the best restaurants in the city that have dedicated gluten free menus (real gluten free pasta fresca and pizza!), he arranged a delightful visit to a Tuscany winery, he helped us with taxis and suitcases.
