2.0It was in a good location, if you ignore the fact that the beds were dropping down they were quite comfy
− We were messaged multiple times about the arrival times as the reception closes at 23, we arrived at 22 and there was no one there. If there was no other guest with code coming my at the same time we would be stranded at the forts as the property was not responding on booking. When we went inside the reception doors were closed and I had to call someone on WhatsApp. There was no working WiFi so it was difficult to do. They send me self-check in information on there as well and when I asked about why is the reception closed when they knew our arrival time, they said they had to close early? The reception was never opened during the times it was supposed to. Then they asked us to send our IDs via WhatsApp which we were not comfortable with and wanted to do it in the reception if it ever opens. We booked two bed room with balcony and were given 3 bed with no balcony. The AC was not working so it was hot in the room all the time. The WiFi was also not working. The wardrobe was smelly and there ale leak stains on the walls. The doors are hard to use and lock, very old ale broken down and loud. There was no working light, no lightbulb in the lamp. The towels provided were dirty. There is one working toilet and two showers. The soap dispenser was covered in old dust layer and was disgusting to look/touch, the shower curtain rod is broken and taped down. The windows have insect poo and then and the whole things looks just unappealing. The other guests were very loud and getting company in the middle of the night. You can hear everything from the corridor at the bottom all the way on the top floor. The walls and doors are not sound proof and you can hear EVERYTHING on the corridor. The property was not responding on the booking until reported.

7.0La acceuile la gentillesse du personnel er la propreté du lieu. Aussi l amplacement est juste exceptionnel dans le cozur de lisbonne des quartier animés a pieds : bairo alto baxia chiado on n a pas eu besoin des transports
− Le seul inconvenient c est qu il est situé dans une rue tres animée avec des bars donc bcp de bruits la nuit jusqu a 3h et le bruits
