Worst experience ever
1.0− Terrible experience!!! The door didn't work, it was like there was locked from the inside. I couldn't access the unit. The landlord didn't help, left me hanging outside the place for about 3 hrs. Landlord kept ignoring my messages and refused to help or give back a refund. Ended up wandering very late at night trying to find a new place to stay before my phone died. I've never had such a terrible experience traveling like this one before. I hope this place do things right and give me back my money after all the despair and stress caused to me, not even mentioning that it completely ruined my trip as I only meant to visit for a couple of days and wasted the entire first day dealing with this.

4.0The place is very close to both Chiado and Cais do Sodre and alot of popular locations are a walkable distance from there
− While the place was well decorated, organized and clean in a global way there were some " structural" issues that made us regret staying. The bathroom was clean, no aparent dirt but the toilet had alot of little black bugs in the water. We flushed more than one time but they kept appearing. The shower was also apparently clean but as soon as we open the door to enter it it was a very strong bad smell to the point we had to open the windows. We decided to open the water because since its an older building could just be that it was close for awhile or not used but as soon as the water started to go down, grey dirt like old shampoo was coming out of it which made us give up on taking a shower after all. The bad was also not very comfortable since the mattres felt a bit old but honestly our problem was really with the bathroom. I dont think its worth 78 euros for a night

Worth the price, but needs new mattresses and pillows to be a good deal.
3.0Location and low price were very good.
− The bed mattress was awfully uncomfortable. Felt I was laying on only the bed coils which were hard as rocks. Additionally the pillows were hard as footballs, we couldn't sleep at for all 3 nights. The last night we slept on the couch.
Nice and good location
6.0The location is great to visit Lisbon, under the apartment there are many bars and good restaurants. The space inside is enough for two people.
− The apartment is nice, tidy and clean. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning but an electric fan that worked for me. What I didn't like was that every time I came back to the the apartment there was a cockroach running all around the pavement, scared by my arrival.
