A minha reserva correspondeu apenas a alojamento. Solicitei estacionamento, que foi gratuito (o que é relevante em Lisboa e no local onde é), tendo sido de imediato enviadas orientações precisas sobre a entrada e o local onde deixar a viatura. O self check-in é muito simples e tudo está devidamente explicado. Para quem necessita de alojamento perto do ISCTE ou do ICSP, aconselho. Não é a primeira vez que fico alojada no Le Jardin. Recomendo.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful historic property with excellent comfort and convenience

The location is excellent, close to two metro stations and only a short drive from Lisbon Airport. Having private parking on the property was extremely convenient. The apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a surprisingly comfortable sofa bed. The soft bed linens ensured a great night's sleep. The historic building is beautiful, full of character, and very well maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable.

− Although the property is close to the airport, aircraft noise was barely noticeable thanks to the excellent sound insulation. The building does not have an elevator, so carrying luggage to the second floor can be a little challenging. Another minor inconvenience is that the garage gate is operated by a button located inside the building, so you need to position the car correctly before leaving, as the gate closes automatically after a few seconds if the sensor does not detect the vehicle. These were only small inconveniences and did not affect our overall experience.

Segunda vez aqui. Localização ótima. O quarto duplo é grande e confortavel. Sossego e espaço acolhedor. O estacionamento privado é um bónus! Algumas pessoas queixam-se do ruido dos aviões, mas é algo que nao me incomoda. antes isso que vizinhos barulhentos! :-)

Good but I'd liked to know how the cleaning and communication worked beforehand

Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. The location was very convenient, especially as I was visiting the University. The air conditioning was highly appreciated. The airport is very close, but the noise of the planes did not affect my sleep at all.

− Everything was clean and in good condition. However, I didn’t know that the cleaning would only be done once during a one‑week stay. I also wasn’t aware that communication with the staff would be so slow, as it was only possible through Booking or WhatsApp. It took around five hours to receive a reply, and only after I insisted, which was quite inconvenient.
