Location was good, comunication the same good. But the bed was tragic, I think the neighbors hear every turn in bed. The rules are also a bit exaggerated, cleaning the kitchen is not included in the price, so if you leave anything, it will be deducted from the deposit.

Very uncomfortable bed it’s just a pull out

Location was good, quiet area and short walk to Guglie where you can get Alilaguna to/from airport (orange line) and vaparetto. It is also close to bars/restaurants of Cannaregio, but not close enough to hear the noise. Having the balcony was lovely, overlooking a fairly quiet canal. Washing machine would have been useful if we were staying longer than a few nights. Others said the sofa bed was uncomfortable, but we found it perfectly comfortable (and firm which we like). Also, communication was great leading up to our stay, and when we had difficulty finding the apartment (entirely our fault in the dark after a very long day travelling) we received instant help via messages which got us where we needed to be.

− We were disappointed that the air con unit was taken away for maintenance, although a fan was provided. If I was being picky then it would have been nice to have more than one pillow each, and more than one wine glass.

The location was excellent. Plenty of local bars and restaurants nearby .Kitchen and view was also excellent. Bathroom great too. 9/10 Check-in was easy and early bag drop off was perfect for us to enable walking tour. . All good.

− Nothing major. We're used to smart Tv's to watch late at night.

J'ai aimé l'emplacement, la propreté et à la fois le calme

− Comme communiqué à l'hôte, l'appartement est très bien, lumineux, très bien situé, mais le canapé lit est sincèrement horrible. bruyant dès qu'on se tourne, mal de dos, inconfort total à ce niveau là, surtout sur 3 nuits. C'est très dommage

Am avut o experiență minunată în acest studio micuț și cochet, perfect pentru o escapadă relaxantă. Priveliștea asupra canalului este absolut superbă, oferind un farmec aparte fiecărei dimineți și seri petrecute aici. Zona este liniștită, departe de aglomerația din centru, ceea ce face șederea mult mai plăcută și odihnitoare. Un mare plus este proximitatea față de un supermarket, dar și față de taverne și osterii autentice, unde poți descoperi atmosfera locală și preparate delicioase. În același timp, accesul către punctele principale este foarte facil: stația de vaporetto este aproape, iar centrul poate fi atins într-o plimbare relaxantă de aproximativ 15 minute. Este alegerea ideală pentru cei care vor să îmbine liniștea cu accesul rapid la atracțiile principale. Recomand cu drag!
