I don't like the property at all conditions I don't like the position. There is no asansör There is no cleaning service

I have reserved the apartment and have the confirmation. But when I reached the city and called the property from Airport And was told that they could not find my reservation and hanged up on me and never responded when tried to contacted, so we have to book another place in different place paying more and facing lot of inconvenience , I believe in this matter ORBITZ seems also responsible but doesn’t done enough to customer in compensating the loss of time and hardship, we are very dissatisfied .

The property is close to Taksim square but was surrounded by nightclubs with very loud music to early hours in the morning (4-5am) so no sleep. Bathroom and sinks were not clean with mould in the ceiling and walls. I arrived late in the evening. I noted the toilet seat broken and the light was not working but there was no onsite receptionist, it was late at night so went to bed (with ear plugs). The following morning, I reported the issues to the staff and was promised they would get sorted. I came back in the evening, the light was replaced but the toilet seat was not. I also noticed huge number of ants in the kitchen and bathroom. I went to speak to the night staff. He was a nice chap, however, he was not able to speak English. I took photos and videos to explain. He tried to call the manager but was not answering. The following morning, I spoke to the staff and sent a message to the manager's mobile who replied," you need to keep the kitchen clean SIR"!! I have not even used the kitchen except for making a cup of tea without sugar! Someone came and sprayed powder where the ants were and promised to sort out the toilet seat after 2 hours. I came back in the evening, but nothing was done. I sent a message to the manager via the website and WhatsApp, no reply. The ants kept coming every evening. I could not use the kitchen being disgusted,the toilet seat was not repaired, and the noise caused me sleep depravation.photo evidence available I would not recommend staying there.

Its a great apartment with kitchen i loved it. The apartmen has tv airconditoner and theres all kitchen equipments Walking distance to everywhere.Close to all main places and transportation center We really recommend this place Thank you Ozan
