8.0Die Lage ist 1A. Es ist ausseredem eine grosse Wohnung, viel Platz mit zwei Bädern. Toll, dass das Frühstück ins Zimmer geliefert wird.
− Mobiliar (Stühle, Küche) und Beleuchtung teilweise defekt - schade wird das nicht sauber unterhalten, repariert oder ersetzt. Die Wohnung könnte ausserdem bei unserem Besuch sauberer gewesen sein, insbesondere die Böden war doch recht schmutzig.

10.0房子很大，房子在我们到达的时候基本上准备好了，提早入住。房子很干净，有很多注意事项。房子的两个厕所设施都很完备，房子的空调制冷效果好。房东在冰箱里准备了很多食物，每天还提供面包。进入房子的方式很方便，前往里斯本各大景点的距离都很近，步行都可以到达。楼下的brunch很好吃。
− 烘干机无法使用，内卫厕所的马桶漏水，需要修理，每晚有滴答声。另外水龙头位置的隔音非常差，只要楼上开了水龙头，我们可以听得很清楚。

9.0Un appartement très confortable après une journée de visites. Très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner simple mais qui faisait l'affaire. Accessible par ascenseur. Une personne disponible à la réception jusqu'à 17h, ce qui permet de déposer les bagages lors d'une arrivée matinale ou un départ tardif. Un emplacement parfait pour visiter la ville et les transports en commun très proches ( métro, tram, bus).
