8.0It is in a very convenient location to San Marco Square, but can be a little difficult to find. Some specific instructions on how to get there would be helpful to help find it for the 1st time. There are a lot of steps, especially with heavy luggage. Manuela was great with communication, meeting us, and showing us around the apartment. The apartment was very clean, the bathrooms were very nice, the mattress was comfortable, but was 2 twin beds pushed together(so it had a crack between them). I would stay there again.
