10.0Clean, new towels every day (very rare in Japan), perfect location for sightseeing , modern and comfortable, ventilation in the pods, very friendly staff with fluent English, overall one of my best experiences ever with this type of accomodations .

10.0The staff was really nice and accommodating. Shout-out to Ryo-san and Kanami-san, who hosted a fun event and made the experience very fun. I was iffy on capsule hotels, but my experience at Tsukimi makes me want to go back.
