− I asked room service/housekeeping to clean the room thoroughly, but they failed to comply.

− عدم الاستطاعة في تمديد فترة الإقامة من خلال الفندق ، وإنما طلبوا مني أن يتم تمديد حجزي من خلال مواقع الحجز مثل بوكينج وغيرها
Dreadful stay - awful service, uncomfortable accommodation
2.0On arrival rude uninterested staff, given room with no air con working and told to go and wait for maintenance - man arrived carrying 2 fans after over an hour, my daughter with medical needs and anxiety was already shattered and uncomfortable after a long wait in a very hot room - man advised we’d been lied to as no maintenance on duty - went to front desk reception were very rude and unhelpful, gave a further fan and eventually offered refund if we left and found another hotel!!??? I was livid - spoke to senior manager - he apologised and agreed a refund / we left the next morning but no refund arrived - hotel claimed it was actioned and was our banks issue - so dispute raised and after 12 days a refund appeared thanks to hsbc! Would not recommend. Such a shame as super location but staff and outdated uncomfy rooms
