6.0It’s modernize but asking about how to control the air conditioning ,the person in the office says it’s coming from the floor, no vent showing anywhere, no instructions how to use the stove, the key to the entrance is terrible it takes us 10 -15 min to open the door because the key hole it’s already old, no phone to communicate with them except you have to call on your cell phone that will cost you few euro’s, we have to call them few times if we have to do the dishes, and told to throw the garbage but don’t have any instructions where to throw and how . Anyway we make our vacation the best ever and hopefully we don’t have to come back to the snobbish people of Venice.

10.0Great location, beautiful view of a canal. We had a free promotion for one way water taxi ride to Murano and the glass factory which was a good experience, just had to pay 7 euro to return.
