An absolute gem of a London hotel - with staff to match
10.0We booked this hotel for my father for his 90th birthday as part of the celebrations. Everything about the hotel was fabulous, from the well thought out and comfortable rooms, the excellent location right next to Kensington Gardens and the High Street, the fantastic breakfast, right through to the amazing staff. They couldn't have been more attentive or more adorable. They even went to the trouble of decorating my dad's room with balloons and rose petals, wrote a beautiful note and spoilt him with an amazing array of goodies. They also came to find him to wish him a wonderful birthday in person. A particular big thank you to Vilma and Sujata, the lovely reception team and also to the servers at the in-house restaurant Origin. We will absolutely be back again - one of the best London hotel experiences ever!
