− -المكيف يطلع صوت قوي اذا خفظت السرعه -طاقم الاستقبال غير ودودين وغير متساعدين ما عدا واحده منهم (هندية الجنسية ) -وصلنا قبل موعد الدخول في حوالي الساعه 10:30 صباحا ً وطلبت منهم الدخول مبكراً حسب ما ارسلت لهم في رسالة تأكيد الحجز ورفضوا الا بدفع مقابل مالي قدره 50 باوند (250) ريال سعودي وافقت ودفعت ولم يتم الدخول الا الساعه 1:45 م - الاثاث قديم - فرشات الممرات قديمه

− كنت حاجز غرفتين معاي أطفال ورسلت لهم أيميل اريد غرفة متصلة لما وصلت للأسف قالو مافي غرف متصلة مع بعض وخدمة تنظيف الغرف سيئة جداً
