3.0The hotel itself was nice, and breakfast at the restaurant was delicious—the coffee was amazing!
− Unfortunately, the elevator situation really impacted our stay. The first night, only one elevator was working, which meant long waits just to get to our room. The next morning, after breakfast, we went back to our 8th-floor room to pack and check out, only to discover that all of the elevators were down. There were no signs, texts, emails, or communication from the hotel—we only found out from other guests walking down the stairs. My mother is 70 years old, and no one was sent upstairs to check on or assist guests. I eventually found someone who was kind enough to help with her luggage. For the amount we paid for one night, I expected much better communication and assistance, especially in a situation like this.

7.0Gostei da acomodação, mais a recepção deixa a desejar fica uma funcionária com uma fila enorme, q ainda sai e vai acomodar os hóspedes no quarto, gostei de 2 funcionarios q sao bem legais, mais tem 2 uma na recepção e um outro que fica la fora q sao um terror
− Nao gostei da cobrança indevida q fizeram em meu cartao de 56,50 dólares, minha diarea ja estava paga, entao nao utilizei nada deles, eu gostaria muito de saber porque essa cobrança e quero meu dinheiro de volta, eles obrigam agente passar o cartao com 100 dólares falando que devolve em ate 4 dias, mais dos 100 dólares ficaram com 56.50 sem eu saber o motivo.

− Tiny tiny room. Bathroom was so small you couldn't even turn around $50 usd to park on a week night

8.0Eu me.hospedo no YVE há muitos anos. Adoro a localização e o atendimento. O hotel precisa melhorar coisas que fariam toda a diferença com a ventilação do banheiro que nao tem janela e o sistema de ventoinhas nao funciona.
