− Me tuvieron sentado en el lobby dos horas por que la habitación "no estaba lista" a pesar de que llegué a las 15:00hs que es la hora del check in del hotel.

− The room service was terrible. They never answered if they were busy. U had to call front desk and wait almost 2 hrs for a return call when it was busy
