Overall good , just not happy with deposit money still reserved on credit card after 20 days
6.0good location , few minutes walk from Times Square .
− Deposit of 100 USD taken and still not returned 20 days later . After email to hotel administrator was advised that can take up to 30 days for foreign credit card . We have stayed in 3 other locations on this trip an no other hotel had this issue with holding deposit money / foreign credit cards.

− The hotel equipment is old and there is a constant dated smell throughout. Service in general was okay, except for terrible service at the front desk. Fortunately, the service manager, Kristin Plaza, was amazing. He professionally resolved several issues we had with reception and handled everything calmly.
Good rooms and good location. Not the best service.
6.0The location was great. And the rooms were a good size for New York.
− Not very welcoming at the hotel. Specially at the reception. A little off putting considering the price point during peak season.
