8.0Très beau hall d'accueil et excellent restaurant de l'hôtel ! Personnel chaleureux et agréable ! Rien à signaler concernant les chambres : elles sont parfaites pour un court séjour, fonctionnelles et confortables.
− Les ascenseurs, peu nombreux et excessivement lents, bouchonnent le matin. Pour le petit-déjeuner, je recommande les madeleines, mais la salade de fruits manquait de fraîcheur.
A few small changes could make a big difference
7.0The location was great for the exhibition centre. There’s a small but well stocked shop in the lobby. Room service options were good. Restaurant was nice. They provide water bottles in the room to refill from the water fountains near the lifts, which I thought was a nice touch.
− This is probably the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in which doesn’t provide an iron in your room as standard or on request; instead they ask you to go down to the basement to the “ironing room” which was less than ideal. The paper cups for tea/coffee in the room go soggy after a short while. And if you want to use the “gym”, forget it. A few cardio machines and no actual weights or other such machines (only small pathetic yoga weights).

− The room was uncomfortable and dirty. The children's beds hadn't been made. The parking lot has such narrow aisles that we got stuck and damaged our car.
Very rude staff at reception as if i was born in this hotel i asked where to park i had to take it out from his mouth ..
