10.0It was very comfortable and also very clean. Workers were really helpful. Location was perfect.
Exceptional service, a beautiful complimentary room upgrade, and a wonderful garden view made our stay truly memorable.
10.0We had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly exceptional every member of the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. We were kindly given a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which was a lovely surprise. The room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with a gorgeous view overlooking the garden that made the whole experience even more relaxing. What impressed me the most was the outstanding level of service; it genuinely made our stay feel special. We enjoyed every moment and would happily stay here again. A huge thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience!

Great hotel and location — quiet escape from the craziness of Shibuya while remaining central!
9.0I liked that it was in the Shinjuku area and it was nice to feel like we could escape the craziness of Shibuya while still remaining central.
− I just thought it was expensive for the quality of the rooms especially during low season in Tokyo!
Great hotel in a fabulous location
9.0Location was great - very convenient. Close to Shinjuku station. Rooms were a good size, beds very comfy and shower was good. The blackout blind was fab! I slept so well as the room was super dark!
− The lobby area set up was a bit strange. There were a number of tables which were ideal to plug in the laptop & do some work but you couldn’t get any tea / coffee etc there. They also had signs saying no external food / beverages could be consumed so it meant we had to keep moving tables if we wanted refreshment. It’s a minor niggle to be fair. The service was also a little slow in the lobby area.
