The terrace room is an excellent way to enjoy San Marco
10.0We got the room with the terrace overlooking San Marco and it was wonderful. It was a spacious room with an upstairs outdoor terrace - perfect for having sunset drinks or breakfast coffee on - a nice way to enjoy San Marco without the chaos that goes along with it.
− Having to lug bags from the vaporetto stop, to the hotel and then upstairs to a first floor check-in.
Excellent location easy to access water taxis, management, staff, rooms and breakfast wonderful.-
10.0The staff was attentive and gave "extra" details on the hotel amenities, including a wonderful private water taxi and tour of Murano provided by the hotel. The manager took exceptional care to welcome us. The two room suite was well appointed with modrern bathrrooms. A very good value-
− Entry stairs a little difficult to maneuver with luggage - but once staff saw us coming they helped. The rest of the time, staff was available to move luggage in and out of room.
