− No geral, tive uma excelente experiência no hotel. Houve alguns pequenos contratempos, mas todos foram prontamente resolvidos pela equipa. Na primeira noite, por exemplo, não consegui dormir devido ao barulho dos carros. Quando o colaborador da manutenção veio ajudar com o ar condicionado, percebeu que a janela estava mal fechada, provavelmente após a limpeza. Depois de a fechar corretamente, o isolamento acústico voltou ao normal e o problema ficou resolvido. Como gesto de atenção, o hotel gentilmente ofereceu um late check-out, demonstrando grande preocupação com a satisfação do hóspede. Destaco também o excelente atendimento da equipa do Lounge Bar, especialmente da Marina e do seu gerente, assim como de toda a equipa da receção, que foram sempre muito simpáticos, prestáveis e profissionais. Outro ponto foi o facto de o controlo do ar condicionado ser manual, o que inicialmente causou alguma dificuldade. No entanto, a equipa de manutenção foi muito prestável, explicou o funcionamento do sistema e ainda identificou a questão da janela, resolvendo ambos os problemas. Problemas podem acontecer em qualquer empresa. O que realmente faz a diferença é a forma como são tratados, e nesse aspeto o hotel superou as minhas expectativas. O único ponto de atenção é a localização, um pouco afastada do centro. No meu caso, porém, foi uma vantagem, pois tinha um compromisso na Embaixada dos Estados Unidos, tornando a localização bastante conveniente. No geral, fiquei muito satisfeita com a estadia e voltaria a hospedar-me no hotel.
Perfect for my needs
9.0The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom very clean. Hotel provided everything I needed, with fresh towels and bottled water each day. It was lovely to come "home" each day from an intense program to a clean and comfortable sanctuary.
− The bathroom could use a little updating, but it was fine – and squeaky clean, the most important thing.
