10.0Very central location to all major sites, incredible hospitality, all staff were super helpful and kind, they offered an upgrade to the suites which was so nice. We went to all 3 restaurants which were absolutely delicious.

Wonderful hospitality in central London
10.0The hospitality from all staff was exceptional from start to finish. We received an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment which made it extremely convenient for us. We tried all 4 restaurants and found the food and ambience to be just perfect. The location was so central as well.

− The rooms are a bit tired - the small living room was very outdated and cluttered - if it was mine, I would be embarrassed by its appearance, not inviting in any way. The main bar shits at 11pm - in the centre of London?
