Really enjoyable and relaxing with easy access to everything
8.0We were really happy here. More than we would usually pay, but it was a special occasion treat and we felt justified the extra cost and it was London which is always more expensive than the rest of the UK. Wife said hair dryer was above average for a hotel hair dryer so needn't have brought her own (that's a first)
− We were in room 503 and our only complaint would be about the bath. The plug did not fit the bath and did not work and we had to turn it over and weigh it down before filling the bath. The controls are also very confusing and instructions would have helped and saved 10 minutes of experimenting. text very hard to read on chrome liquid dispensers for shampoo, soap, body cream etc. so a squirt to find out is advised or you will use the hand cream at the wash basin (as we did) thinking it is soap DOH !
