10.0Conveniently located near Rialto Bridge. The facility has sufficient equipment. The fact that there are two toilets is also helpful if multiple people are using the room. The person renting the room is very kind. The rooftop terrace is also nice. The floor is a little slanted, but even with that in mind, I can't give it less than 5 stars. This is a room that I would like to use again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

8.0Dpto. muy bien ubicado ( a 4’ de la Basílica de Sn Marcos ) y a pesar de eso, en un vecindario tranquilo y con buenas oportunidades gastronómicas ( de todo tipo y “ nivel”); con personal muy amable y servicial; excelente opción para una Familia pequeña ( o un grupo max. de 4 personas) por qué cuenta con 2 recamaras y 1 1/2 baños! En resumen una muy buena opción para hospedarse en Venecia

10.0The place was spacious and very clean. Martina and the staff were very accommodating and communicated with us very easily and was very helpful! The place was at the center of everything! There was a lift that was very helpful because the room was on the third floor. Overall experience was great and we will come back for sure to stay with them!
