Would stay here again! It is a very spacious apartment, with everything you could need for your stay. It has a hair dryer, washer, extra linens, extra towels, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, table, microwave, and windows that open to the water. Martina met us at the ferry landing close by and took her time showing us around the apartment and giving us recommendations for things to do. This apartment is in a great location, walkable to everything around including museums, shopping, cafes, and great dinner restaurants. We did the Murano glass tour recommended by Martina, and it was the highlight of our Venice stay.

Location is great, but way too expensive for the quality.

The location is great, close by supermarket and water bus station

− It was very cold inside. The AC remotes were taken away, I specifically asked to have it warmer because it was a rainy day, my shoes got wet. Messaged two of the staff contacts I had and no one even opened the messages. Also very dirty walls and the general feel it needs a retouch. When I got there it was a heavy smell of cleaning chemicals, indeed very clean bathroom and kitchen appliances, but I had to leave the window open and then the cold was uncomfortable.

When I arrived I noticed a familiar looking neon sign facing me off the balcony and realized I was looking into Peggy Guggenheim's yard! The Corner Pub is just nearby and Academia and Zattere; easy walk to all on that side of Venice and the boats, grocery stores nearby.

− The sofa bed was not particularly comfortable unfortunately as it's a cheap IKEA design without a single mattress and the mattress is always sliding down from the cushions and a hole forming. The garbage in Dorsoduro is a bit more complicated than in other parts of Venice but I finally figured it out and it's easy, but you have to be up in the morning or home when the garbage collectors come by. Heating was a bit of an issue, we were unable to control it and it was off the first day and freezing the first night; in general it seemed to be off when we were there in the evening and night and on in the day when we were out. Would have been nice if we could control it ourselves. I believe there we only 3 forks which was a bit annoying but we survived.
