6.0My husband had his gold chain stolen from his neck by a pick pocket outside the hotel.. The receptionist Laia was absolutely wonderful. Rang the police, reported it to Manager, very caring and responsive to us. A credit to the hotel. Wasn't hotel's fault, we were naive to pick pocketing.
