A lovely welcoming hotel close to shops restaurants and the theatres
9.0The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The breakfast choices were good and fresh. The location was perfect for shopping and theatres in the west end. The air conditioning was superb!
− Just a few little things like there could have been more tea bags and fresh milk in the room, more hooks to hang things in the bathroom.

9.0- emplacement idéal pour rejoindre Oxford Street. Regent street, station de métro proche - quartier sympathique avec petits restaurants, commerces - confort des chambres ok pour séjour de 2-3 nuits. Famille de 6 pers, 3 chambres double réservées avec demande sur le même étage qui fut respectée - le Service fut top! Personnel très souriant, très serviable, à l'écoute du client (staff réception, conciergerie, bar, salle de petit-déjeuner) - très bon choix buffet pour le petit déjeuner ainsi que des propositions à la carte. - demande au check-in d'une chambre twin au lieu d'une double n'a pas posé de problème et gratuité offerte pour ce changement de catégorie. geste commercial très apprécié - disponibilité du service conciergerie pour toutes nos questions pratiques d'orientation dans la ville, bons conseils - taxi organisé pour transfert retour à l'aéroport Heathrow: confort Mercedes Van, climatisé (faisait très chaud ce jour là), bouteilles d'eau fraîche à dispo, chargeurs de mobile à dispo également; chauffeur très aimable et discret
