8.0The staff, location, transfer, restaurant.
− The guests can be quite noisy when closing their doors, especially early in the morning. It would be great if the hotel could consider installing soft-closing door mechanisms, so that guests who may not be mindful of the noise don’t unintentionally disturb others who are still sleeping.
