9.0Lage! Lage! Lage! Eine tolle Lage direkt am Central Park. Die Aussicht auf die grüne Lunge New Yorks ist ein einziger Traum. Großzügiges Zimmer! Das Frühstück unglaublich gut: frische Früchte, Lachs, Avocadoaufstrich, Prosecco, Schinken, Käse, Gepäck, Eier, Orangensaft, Warmgetränke,… alles was das Frühstücksherz begehrt. Dieser unglaublich schöne Ausblick vom 47. Stock. Auch beim nächsten Besuch müsste ich unter anderem auch unbedingt wieder für 2-3 Tage dieses Hotel besuchen. Am besten ein Zimmer mit Panoramablick über dem Central Park buchen und Tag wie Nacht den Ausblick genießen. Ich habe immer nur wenige Stunden geschlafen, weil der Ausblick zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit so schön war! Sehr freundliches Personal. Vor allem beim Frühstück 😍 Das Bett war himmlisch!
− Einzig der ältere Teppichboden, wäre toll wenn dieser durch einen Parkettboden ersetzt werden würde Ansonsten hat mir die Einrichtung gut gefallen.
Un privilège en face de Central Park!
8.0Le personnel est extrêmement professionnel, avenant, à l'écoute et adorable. Les chambres sont spacieuses , la literie est exceptionnelle, les chambres avec vue sur Central Park sont uniques. Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas inclus. Le métro est à 20 mètres de l'hôtel l'emplacement ne peut pas être plus central. Vous êtes en face de Central Park alors quand on a le "jet lag" et qu'on peut s'y promener le matin, c'est une privilège immense. Une mention pour TIM qui est la première personne que vous rencontrez à votre arrivée, qui s'occupe de nous accueillir et nous aide avec les bagages. Le service de la réception est extrêmement professionnel, et la dame qui vous répond avec un accent britannique au service client est merveilleuse! Merci J'y retourne bientôt.

8.0− Otelde daha once de kaldım ve her iki kalışımda da otel ile ilgili herseyden cok memnun kaldım. Sadece resepsiyon calışanlarının iletişimlerini kaba buldum. Otelin genel konsepti ile karşılaştırınca bu beni şaşırttı. Hala odedigim provizyonu geri almaya calışıyorum ve maalesef ısrarla iade etmiyorlar. Otelden cok memnun kaldık ve tatilimizi 2 gece daha uzattık. 2. kez uzattıgımız icin bizden bir daha provizyon aldılar. İlk aldıkları provizyonu iptal ettiler. Ama 2. kez aldıklarını iptal etmiyorlar. Defalarca yazdım. İlk provizyon 2 gün icinde iptal oldu. 2. provizyon hala bekliyor. (Muhtemelen muhasebe departmanı tek provizyon oldugunu düşünüyor ve onu iptal ettikleri icin işlem yaptıklarını zannediyorlar. Ama 2. aldıkları provizyon hala kredi kartımda bekliyor.) Neredeyse 1 ay olacak. Ama hala sonuc yok.
