− الاسرة غير مريحة خدمة تنظيف الغرفة ووجود عربات المناشف امام المصعد بشكل يومي عدم اخذ و ايصال الشنط من و الى الفندق و حتى الغرفة

9.0الفندق من فئة 4 نجوم. قريب من سنتر المدينة. الغرفة واسعة. أحب أشكر الأخ اللبناني Marc من الاستقبال كان في قمة اللباقة والاحترام والخدمة. ممكن أكرر السكن فيه مستقبلا.

− The room was noisy and the bathroom was not clean, bathtub takes forever to drain so you shower in filthy water and the shower head was rusty or dirty. And nobody helped with my bags!

6.0the room was clean but the houskeepers took a while to get to all the rooms even though the dnd was off and the please make up my room was on. In the morning, we'd leave and come back at around noon, assuming that our room would have gotten cleaned, but sometimes it wasn't even cleaned yet. That was my only gripe with the whole hotel. Otherwise, the stay was good.

− الفرش غير نظيفه + الغرف بالواقع غير الصوره لم تكن كما توقعت وبعدها قمت بعمل اب قريد + موظفين النظافه + الماي للشرب يذولنح عليه ومافي علي كلنكس بالغرف والنظافه بشكل عام سيئه
