A lovely hotel with great staff, stunning views and delicious food
8.0Really friendly staff, nice room and lovely pool with stunning view. Incredible food too.
− Housekeeping was hit and miss. A couple of times we asked for the room to be cleaned, but only towels were changed. They have a system where you have to request everything from more coffee pods, to ironing board to maintenance issues via an app, but the app isn’t user friendly and most times, we didn’t get what we’d requested and had to ask 4/5 times at reception before we’d get a resolution. That said, these were for minor things and it didn’t impact our overall stay which was lovely.
