8.0Väldigt centralt boende. Närhet till allt!! Det vi saknade var glödlampor, som trots kontakt via medd. till uthyraren, lyste med sin frånvaro. Hade dessutom önskat sop, sopskyffel o mörkläggningsgardiner. Väldigt jobbigt med tunna gardiner och en gatlyktas ljus rätt in i rummet.
schlechte Wahl
4.0Die Lage des Studios ist sehr zentral. Einige Möbelstücke sind abgenutzt (Teppich hat Eselsohren, Matratze sind verbraucht, man spürt die "Federn", Badezimmerschrank ist zerschlissen!!!). Der Geschirrspüler war noch voll, einige Geschirr-, Besteckteile und zwei Pfannen waren schmutzig. Generell wird sehr schlecht geputzt (dreckiger Tisch, Teppich voll Krümmel und Haare, im Badezimmer werden die Ecken geflissentlich nicht gereinigt. Bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir kein Wasser. Nach 1 1/2 Std. hat der sogenannte Techniker (junger gebrochen italienisch sprechender Mann) mit Hilfe eines zweiten "Technikers" endlich den Haupthahn (irgendwo im Gebäude) gefunden und aufgedreht. Am 2. Tag hatten wir während mehr als 1 ganzen Tag kein Internet. Am 3. Tag hatten wir kein warmes Wasser, da der "Techniker" den Boiler abgestellt hat, konnten wir selber wieder einschalten. Alles in allem eine sehr schlechte Wahl vor allem da das Studio nicht gerade günstig vermietet wird.
