8.0Segunda vez que nos hospedamos neste hotel e manteve a mesma percepção de 2018. Quarto amplo, com bom ar condicionado, silencioso, apesar de estar localizado na Gran Vía. Localização excelente, próximo dos principais pontos turísticos do centro histórico e próximo de estações do metrô. Café da manhã com boa variedade.
− No verão, a falta de frigobar é um ponto negativo. As camas não são tão confortáveis, mas nada que impeça uma boa noite de sono. A iluminação do quarto deixou a desejar.

− Un frigo en la habitación. Hacia calor y tenías que tomarte el agua porque si no se calentaba y quieren venderte la de ellos cuatro veces más cara. En el supermercado día que queda a dos cuadras el agua (botella azul de litro y 1/2 excelente) 1 euro. La Habitación chica
