9.0Very quiet location. Space for a family of 5. Walking distance to the Vatican, easy to get to ice cream shops, restaurants and a bit longer of a walk to the grocery store but we did that too. Would stay again.
− Didn't like that there was a deposit due at check-in. It was only notified to us before we stayed but not during the booking stage.

Very nice, good location, clean and safe. Owner was easy to communicate with, highly recommend.
9.0Well secured, good location and well equipped. The blackout blinds in the bedrooms were fantastic, really helped us sleep well. The clothes washer was very useful and everything was clean. Emmanuel who met us with the keys, was very helpful and friendly. Correspondence with the owner was also easy with quick responses. I would definitely stay here again!
− Nothing comes to mind except to maybe supply a pack of toilet paper at the start of the stay and rented can buy more if needed. We only had 1 1/2 rolls.
