2.0The front door of the property was open. It wasn’t safe when we had difficulty getting into the apartment. I couldn’t contact the owners. The condition of the apartment was dirty all around terrible we left after 15 minutes. They still charge a cleaning fee do not rent from here.

8.0The apartment was lovely, in a good location. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. We walked everywhere but there are buses and taxis around. You can walk to the city centre to see the sites very easily. From the city centre we also got the train to Pisa for a day trip. While we were there we communicated with the rental agency via WhatsApp very easily. But I think the process of getting checked in before getting there could be improved. I didn’t get an email with a link to check in until I had got to the airport from where I was flying out from. Just before we were boarding. This was only after I chased Expedia over 2 days and they got in touch with the agency. It was very stressful especially when WiFi is spotty at airports etc. This could have been avoided with a better check in process. It made it harder for me as I was there as a single parent with my daughter. The staff I was in touch with were very professional and got everything sorted out quickly. We had a lovely stay in the apartment overall and would stay there again.

10.0This was literally the best place I’ve stayed during my trip to italy! Great communication with the host. Amazing room! I was given all the commodities and much more! If I ever come back to Florence I’m definitely staying here again!

10.0We enjoyed our stay with a 10-month old baby in this location. Communication and directions were very clear. Staff is very friendly. Easy walking distance to old town’s main attractions and many nice restaurants are very close by. I can recommend this accomodation.
