9.0Personale professionale e gentile. Camera pulita. Posizione comodissima per la zona universitaria. Colazione ottima.

5.0המלון ממוקם ליד האוניברסיטה וזה היה נוח. ארוחת הבוקר היתה סבירה, היה מגוון פירות ותבלינים לתה כמו קינמון ואניס, חלק מהצוות היה נחמד שם מאד. חדר האמבטיה היה נוח
− החדר שקיבלנו בתחילה היה עם ריח רע ומיטה לא מתאימה, ביקשנו העברה לחדר אחר שהיה בקומה 11, משש בבוקר היה מאד רועש גם רעש של הצוות. פעמיים מעשר וחצי בבוקר לא היה מזגן, היה מאד מחניק בלי מזגן. שירות הקבלה בו נתקלנו היה גרוע, גם מבחינת שליטה באנגלית (במיוחד בערב) גם הזמינו לנו מונית שלקחת מחיר מופקע על נסיעה קצרה, מאד מאכזב.
