− The bed was wet the first night and we needed to be shifted -they didn’t give an upgrade and wanted to keep our stuff in the room. We said no - we need a permanent shift.

8.0Location is where I like to be in London. The room was large for a London hotel, staff were friendly and it will be better when the upgrades are completed.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form that will be sent by the property. If you plan to bring your pet with you, please note that a GBP 35 cleaning fee will be applied. Children under 18 years of age are not permitted in the swimming pool unless supervised by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Children under 18 years of age, supervised by parents or guardians aged 18 or over can access the swimming pool from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 21:30 and on weekends from 08:00 to 20:00. Please note that Madhu's Restaurant will be closed from January to June.
