Perfect location, comfortable spaces, and great terrace

The location is ideal, in an area that feels more local than the high-tourist concentration just across the Arno. We were first met by Stefano, the charming and attentive doorman, who told us about the building's history and gave us recommendations. Our local contact was quick to respond and worked hard to allow an early check-in. The terrace is great for morning coffee and afternoon drinks with corner views of the Duomo, a slice of the Arno, and Firenze rooftops. Loved the real lemon tree topiaries. The apartment's bedrooms are spacious and there's an interesting selection of art and culture books.

− They did not tell us there was ongoing restoration to the building's side, and so in the early morning, workers were right outside the kitchen window and hammering. The bathrooms are not attached to the bedrooms, or they are shared. Some of the stovetop burners did not work. Pillows a little flat.

The property was beautiful, in a great location and a terrace to die for. The views were incredible. Maria was so welcoming and helpful.

The only place to stay in Florence!

This was one of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in. The place was immaculately presented with high end furniture and fittings and lovely towels and linens. The kitchen was well appointed pantry well stocked. We especially loved the huge terrace, with plentiful furniture and lounges, that has a retractable awning for sun protection. Having access to a/c in all four bedrooms, as well as the living area, was appreciated in this hot weather. Although there is lovely airflow through the apartment if you open windows and doors. The place was also very clean and the accommodation is very safe and secure. Maria, and the doorman Stefano, were very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would encourage anyone staying in Florence to consider this luxury apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Florence. The accomodation exceeded my expectations. They had all the amenities you could possibly need, plus much more. It was very clean, spacious and inviting. We felt particularly safe with multiple security systems in place, including Stefano the doorman. Maria and Stefano were incredibly welcoming, helpful and kind. They both went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I could not recommend this accomodation enough!

− The dishwasher and dryer were tricky for us to work but Maria was happy to come around and fix any issues we had so it was no bother.
