Beautiful hotel in a very busy area
7.0Staff were absolutely amazing. very accommodating and ready to help Location is central with many many cafe and bars to chose from. In 15-20 min walking distance to Louvre and Notredam. The room was stunningly clean and beautiful with generous amount of amenities.
− NOISE! the room we had was extremely noisy and couldn't sleep. There were many cafe and bars around and people shouting on the street till almost morning. There was also some form of industrial construction site next door adding to the disturbance There is a complimentarty coffee/ tea machine in lobby, I didn't find the coffee to be good quality.

Lovely room comfy bed and great location
10.0Lovely room and kitchenette facilities. It was really helpful to have washing machines and also access to new towels and bedding if and when needed. I thought this was a good solution to reducing waste and being flexible. Air con was great. The bed was really comfy. Slept really well! Location was perfect for us, most things within 10-15 minutes.staff were friendly and helpful! Would recommend for families.
− One of the lifts was broken. The stairs weren’t particularly guest friendly with minimal lighting.

7.0The location was very good, next to the metro and very central with many shops and restorants around the hotel.
− The hotel had 7 floors and about 40 rooms per floor, while it had two elevators of which one was out of order, resulting in customers waiting a long time to be served. The staff did not change the sheets or towels and the customer had to go alone to a specific area on the first floor to deliver the used sheets or towels and get clean ones. For such an expensive hotel we expected better services.
